Territory Channel Manager 

 

Key duties

  • Developing new partnership opportunities and successfully take them through the sales cycle to closure.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong partner relationships through proactive account management, including regular face-to-face / online meetings.
  • Working closely with Snapt management and product managers to ensure that their efforts are aligned to territory and account objectives and goals.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of our channel regularly in an effort to maximize coverage of all markets.
  • Update territory assessment plans on a quarterly basis.
  • Enter and accurately update opportunities within the CRM on a weekly basis.
  • Work closely with the various stakeholders to submit timely and accurate territory forecasts and updates.
  • Planning and executing strategies for maximizing sales while minimizing potential channel conflicts.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for your assigned territory that will drive incremental revenue.
  • Meeting and exceeding your assigned territory sales targets with new and assigned channel partners.
  • Working closely with the assigned channel partners to insure they are achieving and exceeding their program accreditations, goals and targets.
  • Conduct in-person or remote meetings with new and current channel partners.
  • Conduct quarterly business plan reviews with channel partners to review prior quarters sales, establish upcoming quarters sales targets and action items.
  • Supporting channel partners and end-users at local trade shows, seminars, conferences and customer events as needed.
  • Support channel partners in their efforts to sell the Snapt Solution to their customers by ensuring their capabilities, capacities, interests and commitment, and by regularly evaluating their marketing/sales strategies and practices.
  • Monitoring market and competitor activities, and providing relevant reports and information.
  • Performing other duties as required

Requirements

Experience

  • Relevant degree.
  • 5 Years sales experience, preferably channel development/management in the software industry.
